Consulting   Project Manager 

Location: India – Remote

Travel Requirement: Must possess a valid US B1/B2 visa and be willing to travel to the United States as business needs require.

Experience: 8+ years (preferred)

The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, preferably with a Big 4 or leading global consulting/professional services organization, and demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects, engage senior stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes across cross-functional teams.
This role requires close collaboration with US-based clients and leadership while coordinating delivery across distributed teams in India and the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
  Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
  Collaborate with US-based clients, executive stakeholders, and internal leadership teams to ensure alignment and project success.
  Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  Coordinate effectively with business, technology, operations, and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution.
  Prepare and present project status reports, executive dashboards, RAID logs, governance materials, and steering committee updates.
  Facilitate project meetings, workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
  Apply consulting methodologies to support problem-solving, business process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.
  Drive accountability across project teams and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of Project Management experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
Prior experience with a Big 4 consulting firm, global consulting organization, or large professional services company is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
Excellent understanding of project governance, delivery management, risk mitigation, and project reporting.
Ability to work effectively across US and India time zones.
Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Valid US B1/B2 visa is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification.
Experience working directly with US-based clients and global delivery teams.
Background in business transformation, technology implementation, operations, analytics, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
