Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technology teams, delivery teams, and senior leadership.
• Prepare high-quality executive presentations, project dashboards, status reports, meeting minutes, governance reports, and leadership updates.
• Present project progress, risks, dependencies, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations to senior management, including CXO/CEO-level stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, governance, reporting, issue and risk management, and executive escalations.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across India, offshore, and global locations to ensure successful project execution.
• Support testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, business signoffs, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and project governance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or a hybrid PM/BA role.
• Strong domain expertise in the Energy industry, including one or more of the following:
  • Utilities
  • Oil & Gas
  • Hydrocarbon Management
  • Energy Trading
  • Exploration & Production
  • Supply Chain
  • Energy Operations
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience preparing polished executive-level PowerPoint presentations and management reports.
• Experience working directly with CXO, CEO, or senior executive stakeholders within large enterprise environments.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, documentation, and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with business and technology leadership teams.
• Hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Project
  • JIRA
  • Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft Visio
  • Similar project and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with global consulting firms or large enterprise consulting engagements.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Experience working with ERP platforms, energy applications, operational systems, data transformation, reporting, or analytics initiatives.
