We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Process Excellence Consultant with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, particularly within:
âś… Credit Control
âś… Premium Receivables
âś… Billing & Collections
âś… Broker & Agency Accounting
âś… Cash Application & Reconciliations
âś… Insurance Finance Operations
âś… Dispute Management & Collections Governance
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process mapping, business analysis, operational improvement, and stakeholder management, with a strong understanding of the insurance premium collection lifecycle and receivables management processes.
Key Requirements:
âś” 5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Operations
âś” Experience in Credit Control, Receivables, Premium Accounting, or Collections
âś” Strong Process Mapping & Business Analysis skills
âś” Experience working with Finance, Operations, Underwriting, or Claims teams
